ram prices are just crazy.

so recently ram prices have been going up ever since micron has stopped selling ram (random access memory). and a ton of the most popular ram manufacturers are shifting production to large Artificial Intelligence companies and cutting down consumer ram manufacturing in order to shift production to AI companies.

now this ram crisis has been estimated to last for about 3 to 5 years but lets hope that it wont last that long. right now for 32GB of ddr5 ram it will cost between $250 to $350 depending on the speed and what company made it and for 32GB of ddr4 it will cost around $150 to $250 so ddr4 might be cheaper but who knows what could happen to ram prices. so i would say if you need ram than either get it before it gets any worse, or hope that ddr4 wont go up in price too.
